Brian Filson is a co-founder of Skyler and a senior advisor supporting field excellence, project performance, and strategic initiatives. Brian played a key role in Skyler’s early growth, guiding the company from its custom-build origins into a broader commercial and mission-critical construction firm through persistent networking, market awareness, and hands-on leadership.
With over two decades of experience managing construction programs, Brian has overseen projects from initial concept through estimating, design, contract negotiation, and full delivery. His strengths in communication, client coordination, and field problem-solving allow him to mentor teams, support complex project turnarounds, and strengthen Skyler’s execution in both healthcare and commercial environments.
Brian brings a deep understanding of construction operations, quality control, and customer expectations, skills developed through years of managing multimillion-dollar programs, leading field teams, and supporting owners on fast-moving, technically demanding projects.
